REFUND POLICY
At Sunil Water Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality RO water purifiers and reliable services. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Orders & Payments
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers can inspect the product at the time of delivery and installation before making payment.
2. Returns
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only if:
- The product is confirmed defective or damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
4. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after installation
- Improper handling or damage caused by the customer
- Delay in reporting the issue
5. Installation & Service
Installation services are provided after order confirmation. Service charges, if any, are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
